With very little replacement pins sent, I'm not left with an item if clothing that's shedding the good stuff and leaving it bare. Very disappointed with the pin quality and lack of replacements."

They said there was nothing they could do and it was my fault for not “buying the shipping protection”. Even though it wasn’t even a shipping problem. So I’m out $110+ and have no hoodie.
