Can I cancel my order?
If at any stage before your shipping label is created you want to cancel your order that is totally acceptable, please email hello@saintkaizen.com to do so.
If your shipping label has been created we most likely can't cancel and refund your order as it's been shipped. In certain cases we can so make sure to email hello@saintkaizen.com to see.
If your order has been handed over to the shipping company there is no way to cancel your order as it's in the shipping companies hands however if you want a refund please go ahead and email us to schedule a return of the product. Our returns policy can be found on the refund policy page.
