"Unfortunately, the second time I wore this hoodie the pin fell off. The steel button/pin. My shorts have also lost two. With very little replacement pins sent, I'm not left with an item if clothing that's shedding the good stuff and leaving it bare. Very disappointed with the pin quality and lack of replacements."

"Got two items from them (shorts and a hoodie) and only got the shorts. I spent a while talking to support, even sent picture proof that a large hoodie would never fit in this tiny bag they sent me. They said there was nothing they could do and it was my fault for not “buying the shipping protection”. Even though it wasn’t even a shipping problem. So I’m out $110+ and have no hoodie.
